3. Returns/Refunds

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered online we generally offer no returns.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not received our services, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have received our products are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within 30 days of your original purchase. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If an order is placed by mistake or a desire to change purchased occours, we allow customers to cancel the order and get refunded. This will only be possible if our team has not started to process it yet.
